Have a Taste of Korea with KFC's Spicy Gangnam Chicken

Okay, so honestly, I have this weird obsession with Korea. From their k-pop culture, beauty products, fashion, koreanovelas and their food, I literally get excited whenever i hear them ! So when i heard that KFC had introduced a new meal named "Spicy Gangnam Chicken", i immediately went to the nearest KFC store from my school.

This is what the actual meal looked like. I believe it is their hot & crispy chicken glazed with their secret sauce (korean of course! haha). I'm not really familiar with what the sauce is comprised of, but its taste might actually be compared to BonChon's korean chicken! Yahoo! It tastes kinda sweet and also spicy at the same time and the chicken itself is really crispy, so this meal is really worth it. This meal is best paired with their coleslaw.  You can get his meal for as low as 99 pesos (ala carte) and 109 pesos for their combo meal.

The other meals that can be ordered from their "Food Trips: Flavors from Around the World menu" are the Italian ala King, Spanish Salpicao and Japanese Teriyaki Rice Bowls.

This is their Italian ala King Rice Bowl which is actually available for quite some time now. It includes two original recipe fillets topped with mushroom sauce and sweet corn as a side dish. This tastes really good! Its chicken is perfect with the mushroom sauce! You can get this meal for 90 pesos (ala carte) and 105 pesos (with drinks).

This one is their Spanish Salpicao Rice Bowl. I don't like this one as much as I like the other rice bowls simply because i'm not a fan of garlic and this one tasted like garlic a lot. I don't know, i can't really put my finger on what its ingredients are but yeah, i just tasted garlic the whole time. And the one i ordered doesn't have mushrooms when it should have had based on what their meal description is in their site. But anyways, if you like garlic and those kind of spices, then maybe you'll like this rice bowl. This meal is also priced the same as the Italian ala King. All of their Flavors from the World Rice Bowls are actually priced the same, so yayy! :))

This last one is their Japanese Teriyaki Rice Bowl. I found this meal good but not as good as the teriyaki meals that legit Japanese fast food chains offer. But for its affordable price, yeah let's give them credit for that! ;)

So what are you waiting for? Hurry and experience different flavors of the world without having to go far! Visit them at your nearest KFC store or call them for delivery at 887-8888.

So have you tried any of KFC's Food Trips: Flavors from Around the World meals? Which one is your favorite? Comment them down below! I would gladly like to hear your opinions about this one!
