UP Club Ecotour, my organization, organized an ACLE entitled "Echotourism: Effective Communication for Environmental Conservation". It was held last October 23 in AIT Seminar room. The first 20 registrants will receive free donuts J.Co which only proved that "the early bird catches the worm ".
The ACLE started at exactly 1:00 pm. The speaker was Professor Ivan Henares and I was really starstruck when I saw him because it was my first time to see him in person. I learned a lot of things in his talk.

After the talk, we prepared a game which is pass the message for the ACLE participants. They were divided into four groups, each group composed of 6 members. They had a hard time in reciting the given passage, so the facilitator decided to accept the nearest answer. And the group that was the nearest answer: Luis Manlungat's group.

The 20 J.Co donuts were then distributed to the first 20 registrants and also the prize for the winning team. This distribution served as a snack break. Coffee and snacks were also served during the ACLE.

For the last part of the ACLE, we had a film showing. The ACLE participants watched the movie "The Lorax," which was a movie about the consequences of irresponsible use of the environment.
The success of this ACLE will not be possible without the ACLE team, UP Club Ecotour members and its advisers, the speaker, and most especially the participants. It was a success not only because the program was executed very well, but also because of the participants who attended.
