I love pizza!!! Like come on, who doesn't like pizza? Weird
people I guess. HAHA. They’re missing out one of the best things on Earth you ask
me.
Project Pie is one of the newest resto in town that is very different from any other pizza establishment. Here, you can customize your own pizza. YOUR VERY OWN PIZZA??!! What? Now that's a pretty good idea.
Walking inside gives you a very cozy and chill atmosphere. The architecture and furnishes gives a very modern look to the place making it very artsy.
Ordering only takes a few steps. You can either order their standard menu or you can choose to build your own pizza.

This is the menu showing the different options for the pizzas.
There are 7 options to choose from their standard menu. We ordered number 2 and number 7.
Number 2 consists of pepperoni, Italian sausage, crumbled meatballs, mozarella, their signature red sauce and garlic.
Number 7 consists of prosciutto, caramelized onions, mozzarella, Parmesan and this one is a white pizza meaning no sauce.
Then in building your own pizza, you can choose from a variety of toppings ranging from PEPPERONI / ITALIAN SAUSAGE / CRUMBLED MEATBALLS / BACON / GRILLED CHICKEN / CANADIAN BACON / GREEN BELL PEPPERS / JALAPENOS / ROASTED RED PEPPERS / RED ONION / MUSHROOMS / CILANTRO / TOMATOES / BLACK OLIVES / GORGONZOLA / FETA / RICOTTA / PARMESAN / MOZZARELLA / GARLIC / PESTO / PINEAPPLE / FRESH CHOPPED BASIL / ARTICHOKES / ROSEMARY / SEA SALT.
For salads, there are 3 options to choose from, the Classic Caesar, the Mixed Greens and their Pizza Salad.
We ordered the Mixed Green Salad. It consists of grilled chicken, Gorgonzola, craisins, candied walnuts, mixed greens and their very unique raspberry vinaigrette.
Then you can also order their other GOOD SH#* such as desserts and of course drinks.

This is their Soda Fountain. Woooh!
So I was lucky enough to take pictures of the building process! Enjoy! Hehe :))
This is how they make the crust!
Then they add their special sauce...
...and put the toppings.
Then this is where they cook the pizza!
They even have like a beer station.
So if you want to experience a different take on pizza then you should definitely visit Project Pie!
