Alongside Tim Ho Wan, Ippudo and Lugang, Tuan Tuan Brassierie is one of the most talked about, newly-opened restaurants at the new SM Megamall Fashion Hall.
My cousin and I knew about this when we once ate at Ippudo (since Tuan Tuan is locaed beside Ippudo). We became really excited because we love eating Chinese food so much!

When we finally had the chance to try Tuan Tuan, we can't help it but compare it to Tim Ho Wan. Almost everything in the menu are the same for both restaurants, but one thing is an exception for Tuan Tuan, their pork buns are better than the ones from Tim Ho Wan!

We also ordered one of their best sellers, which I personally recommend to those who are planning to try out Tuan Tuan, the Crispy Pineapple Snow Buns! They are definitely the highlight of my Tuan Tuan experience! The sweet and sour taste of the pineapple and the crispy buns compliment each other. I will surely go back to Tuan Tuan just to get these!

Tuan Tuan offers food, usually with prices ranging from P150-P400. The food are a bit pricey but you will definitely enjoy them! Another think I liked from Tuan Tuan is that you have the chance to mix up your own noodle soup; you can choose from a variety of toppings, choices of sauces, and even the type of noodles you would like to use for your meal.

Aside from the food Tuan Tuan offers, the interior of the restaurant also caught my intention. Of course, who would like to eat in place with an unpleasant ambience, right? Tuan Tuan might be Chinese, but its interior is definitely European because of the chandeliers and the ensembles used, especially the restaurant's doors, which I unfortunately forgot to capture. My favorites are the accent wall full of hanged frames and the faux garden inside the place!

I must give Tuan Tuan a ten for a different Chinese experience: the food, the service, and the ambiance!
